Reserving Your Play Session

Friends! We are so excited for you to come play.
Here are a few things to remember when you are getting ready to visit:

Things to Remember

We do not require reservations, but we highly encourage them to hold your spot! Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time in order to have time to get checked in and situated. Please indicate the number of children attending when making a reservation.
Walk-ins are welcome when we are not fully booked. We cannot guarantee your spot, so its truly first come-first serve if you do not have a reservation.
We are completely cashless, please have a card or Apple Wallet ready for checkout.
Our play sessions run from 8am (8am-9am is free for crawlers!) to 5pm daily. Make a reservation to guarantee your spot!
Each ticket is $15 (adults do not need tickets).
We welcome kids ages 6 months to 8 years old. Any child entering the play space or party room must have a play waiver filled out (see below).
Babies under 6 months are free with siblings. Any child over 6 months, whether napping or potentially not playing, must be accounted for with capacity rules and must purchase a play pass.
For ages 5-8, we ask that you please be within eyesight of your children (Play Space, Party Room, or Lounge). Each time a child leaves the play space they need to be with an adult (a play attendant may be able to help them find their parent if they are available).
Your children are your responsibility. We are here to support, guide and oversee.
All play space rules must be followed for the safety and security of each child. If your child has been asked twice to follow a rule and continues to break the rule, we will come get the parent or guardian and ask you to intervene.

Play Space Rules

I know, rules right?! But rules are actually here to keep us playing safely and make sure that everyone is respecting the space and each other. If your child breaks the rules, we reserve the right to have you help us remove the child from play, help them calm down, and see if they are able to reenter when it is safe for everyone.

PARENTAL SUPERVISION REQUIRED
A parent or guardian must be present at all times while in the play space. With children 5+, you are able to let a play attendant know you will be in the lounge area which has windows to monitor your child. Any child 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the play space or attached party room, and anyone 3 and under should be accompanied by an adult at all times within the play space.

KEEP THE DOOR CLOSED
For safety of everyone in the play space, anyone entering should close the door behind them so as not to let young children out the door by themselves.

NO SHOES
Please remove shoes and wear socks or bare feet in the play space. Adults may opt for shoe covers as well. We deep clean our carpets regularly!

FOOD & DRINK
We do not allow food and drink (even water bottles) inside the play space. This keeps play sanitary and clean and reduces the risk of other children handling your water bottle. The attached party room or lounge are perfect for sipping a coffee while the kids play.

REPORT SAFETY ISSUES
If you notice anything damaged or faulty, please report to a play attendant immediately so we may address the issue promptly.

KIND WORDS ONLY
We are an inclusive family-friendly space and inappropriate language or hurtful words will not be tolerated.

PLAY NICELY
We maintain a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any bullying, harassment, hate speech, or physical violence. ALL adults and children are expected to treat everyone with kindness and respect.

NO ROUGH PLAY
To ensure the safety of all children, rough play, aggressive behavior, or excessive yelling is not allowed.

We reserve the right to remove anyone who isn’t following these rules, as safety is our number one concern.

Please fill out the play space waiver for each child prior to visiting.
