We are thrilled to be able to host your kid’s birthday and make it as hands-off as you want it to be, providing a fun and imaginative environment where children can explore, play, and celebrate! And of course, parents get to relax and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, ensuring a stress-free celebration full of fun.

EACH PACKAGE INCLUDES…
PLAY, EAT, CELEBRATE!
Our Party Package comes with everything you need to just walk in and start celebrating! We include pizza and juice boxes for up to 15 kids and a gorgeous balloon package to make the space super festive!
PLAY ATTENDANT + PARTY PLANNER
Our Party Package comes with a party planner to help you bring your vision to life, as well as a designated play attendant exclusive to your party that will be there to support the kids as they play and keep them safe so adults can enjoy their time together.
EXCLUSIVE SPACE + PLAY PASSES
Booking a party with us gives you exclusive access to our party room that is attached to the play space for up to 15 kids. This is where we eat, sing, and celebrate! Both spaces will be closed to the public for your party and repoen after cleaning is completed.
First, pick a Color Theme…





Our Color Themes allow a place to start when planning your party, and also gives us the flexibility to put a specific theme on top of basic decorations (like Forest Animals, Bluey, or Spiderman!). With our amazing party planner (included in your package), you can pick any specific theme and let her bring your vision to life! Balloons, table settings and a digital banner will carry your theme through the party and make it personal and special for your child.

We are currently booking parties on Saturdays at 1pm, 4pm and 7pm. Party packages include 2 hours of private use of The Burrow’s Party Room AND private access to the play area for 2 hours (for example, if you book the 1pm slot your party time will be from 1pm-3pm). You will have 30 minutes before your time slot to set up anything you are bringing (our staff will be there to help you) and we will take care of the cleanup for you!
BOOKING & PAYMENT
All reservations must be made at least one month in advance, but we recommend booking 2 months in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Our base package costs $1500. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the cost of our party package is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance of your party will be due one month prior to the party and add-ons will be finalized and paid for 2 weeks before the party.
FAQ’s
Am I allowed to bring outside food and drink?
No, but you may purchase anything we offer in the cafe or customize your pizza order (see our add-ons, at least 2 weeks advance notice needed).
Can we start a tab or have tickets for food or drinks for our guests?
Of course! We think that is a lovely way to treat your guests. For a tab, you can set a purchase limit or just settle up with us after the party! We will offer you 20% off the cafe (alcohol not included) if you book a party with us and are all on one tab.
How many kids and adults can comfortably fit in your play space and party room?
We think that 12-15 is a comfortable amount of children for the party room and play space, towards the lower end for older children and higher end for younger children. The maximum we suggest is 20 kids. While some adults can also fit into the party room, your guests are welcome to find an open table in the cafe if needed or you can book the lounge for extra seating.
What if someone in our party has allergies?
We totally understand special accommodations may be necessary. Please contact us for more information on accommodating guests with allergies.
